Communication and marketing directed at young people, rarely happens at eye level with the target group and even less on the young peoples' own terms. That is why the target group often finds the communication irrelevant and untrustworthy. If this happens, the investment in marketing will be a waste of money and resources.

Sylvester Hvid & Co. Ltd has taken the consequences and set up our its youth agency - U28. All members of staff at U28 are the same age as the target group. The agency focuses fully on development and implementation of communications solutions to young people under 28 years.

U28 knows the young generation's behavior, motives, approach and interests. The agency is familiar with the media, young people follow, and how "Generation Y" communicate with each other.
