Sylvester Hvid & Co. has designed, developed and implemented Chas. Hude's new Intellectual Property Portal, a restricted online customer area, where customers can now log in and view the status of their trademark and patent applications and registrations. The customer access ensures each customer a comprehensive overview of each individual case in relation to the planned course and upcoming deadlines, renewals, etc.

This information is now available to the customer regardless of time and place. The personal dialogue with customers remains crucial, but the online service provides high availability and greater openness.

The portal has been well received among Chas. Hude's customers, who praises it for its comprehensive and much relevant information beneficial for the customers' daily work. The solution will be continuously expanded in order to give customers easy online access to even more information.
